The Sickle-leaved Crassula is an outstanding succulent for dry gardens. It has grey-green sickle-shaped leaves and large, heavy heads of nectar-rich flowers. Leaves turn red during dry spells. Plant in rockeries and protect from heavy frosts. It occurs on rocky outcrops in grassland and on inaccessible cliffs in river valleys, often in the shade of a thicket clump where it is well protected. Eastern Cape.
